Bristol Turf Management, Inc. offers our clients a comprehensive lawn care program. Our program consists of 5-7 applications of fertilizer and weed control. Fertilizer applications will be granular or liquid depending on the time of the year as well as the conditions. All weed control applications made will be liquid. Weed control applications will include pre-emergent crab grass control, as well as post emergent broadleaf weed control. Some applications will include full blanket applications, while others will consist of simply spot spraying weeds.
If you are looking for a organic fertilizing program, we offer that as well. Our organic program consists of four balanced fertilizers applied throughout the year. This organic program does not include weed control. If you would like to include weed control with organic fertilizer, ask about our organic plus and organic plus max programs. Both include organic fertilizers with varying degrees of weed control.
In addition to fertilizer and weed control, our lawn care program also includes aerating and overseeding. These two services are some of the best things you can do for your lawn. These services are offered in both the spring and the fall when the grass is actively growing. Aerations will allow more sunlight, water, and nutrients to reach the roots of the lawn, by pulling 1-3" deep plugs from the lawn roughly every 3-4" apart.
Bristol Turf also offers a Tree and Shrub Care Program. This program consists of fertilizing, insect and disease control, and dormant oil treatments. Our insect and disease control programs consist of Apple Scab treatments and prevention, Japanese Beetle treatment and prevention, as well as Emerald Ash Borer treatments.
